Every time a user subscribes through your link and makes a payment - you earn 35% of that payment.
Commissions are paid monthly and continue for up to 12 months as long as the customer keeps paying.
If a customer stays subscribed for 2 years, commissions are still limited to the first 12 months.
You focus on promotion — we handle all payments and customer support.
Any user can become an affiliate by registering in the MySoftDay Affiliate Program.
Once approved, you’ll receive a unique referral link tied to your affiliate ID.
You earn 35% commission from all payments made by users you referred.
The commission applies for up to 12 months while the customer remains active.
Payouts are made monthly upon your request once the balance reaches 25 CAD.
Payment methods: Interac e-Transfer, bank transfer or by link (you can send a payment link (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) for us to process your commission by credit card)
Any transfer fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
Accounts involved in fraud, spam, or misleading advertising may be suspended without payment.
You may not use your own referral link to purchase a subscription for yourself.
MySoftDay reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for serious violations or inactivity lasting over 12 months.
Affiliates cannot charge clients directly for services related to MySoftDay.
1. Minimum Active Referrals
Commissions start only after you have referred at least 2 active paying clients.
2. Active Client Definition
A client is considered active if:
• They have a paid subscription worth 20 CAD/month or more, and
• They make regular payments (not on a free plan, not canceled).
3. Activation Example
Client A — paid plan (25 CAD/month)
Client B — free plan → no commission yet.
Later:
Client C — paid plan (20 CAD/month) → now you have 2 paying clients (A & C), and commissions are activated automatically.
4. Abuse Protection
This rule prevents users from using the affiliate system as a self-discount tool.
If you sign up under your own referral link and have no other paying referrals, commissions won’t be paid.
All clicks and registrations are tracked via cookies linked to your affiliate ID.
Cookie duration: 90 days.
If a customer registers via your link, they are permanently assigned to you.
In case of multiple links, the last referring affiliate gets credit — unless the user first registered through another partner, in which case credit remains with the original affiliate who motivated the signup.
Commissions are applied only after a successful payment cycle and no refund request.
If a refund occurs, the corresponding commission is deducted from future payouts.
Payouts are processed within 20 business days after your request, if your balance ≥ 25 CAD.
You can track your balance in your affiliate dashboard.
Affiliates may use official MySoftDay logos, banners, screenshots, and texts for promotion.
Altering brand identity or making false claims (e.g., “free website forever”) is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates are responsible for declaring their income and paying taxes in their country.
MySoftDay pays commissions gross, without tax deductions.
For Canadian residents, CRA-compliant documentation may be requested (e.g., GST/HST number).
If a client renews or upgrades within 12 months, the affiliate continues earning.
If a client cancels and re-subscribes after 12 months, no new commission applies.
Upgrades within the first year recalculate the commission based on the new plan amount.
With your consent, MySoftDay may display your logo, name, or link on the website as an “Official Partner.”
MySoftDay is not responsible for temporary tracking disruptions beyond our control.
In case of disputes, MySoftDay server data will be treated as final.
Program terms may be updated with a 14-day advance notice.
To qualify as a Premium Partner:
• Bring at least 8 new paying clients each month
• Provide basic client support and onboarding assistance
Earn 50% commission on all payments from your clients up to 12 months while the customer remains active
If you fail to reach 8 new clients in a calendar month, your rate temporarily reverts to 35% for the following month.
Once activity is restored, the 50% rate is reactivated from the next month.
Premium partners cannot charge clients directly for MySoftDay services.

• Provide basic onboarding help or redirect clients to official support
• Answer product questions
• Escalate technical issues directly to the MySoftDay support team
MySoftDay may suspend or terminate partnership due to violations, misuse, or prolonged inactivity.
Commissions are paid after the initial billing period is completed.
For example, if a referred client has a monthly plan, your commission is credited after 30 days, once their payment remains valid.
You can create and promote discount codes for your audience.
When your promo code is used:
The customer receives a discount (applied to their first payment only).
Your commission is reduced by the same percentage.
Example:
Base commission = 35%
You create a promo code for 10% off → your commission becomes 25%.
All future payments (after the first one) return to your standard 35% rate.
Every time a user subscribes using your Promo Code and then makes a payment - you earn 35% of that payment. The promo code will also include your unique ID number as a referral.
