Add your clients to the waitlist. Within this module, you can input the client’s information, their preferred services, and any relevant comments. When an appointment becomes available, an automated notification will be sent to all clients, informing them that they can now schedule an appointment.


Additionally, your website will include functionality for clients to sign up for the waitlist for their preferred dates and times. Our system will then notify you of these requests. If a client cancels an appointment during the day, you can choose a client from the "Waiting List" to fill the available slot or send a notification to all clients, informing them of the newly available appointment time.

The client or service provider will see the estimated travel time needed for the service provider to reach their destination. The website will calculate travel time based on your schedule and factor in any additional fare expenses if you've specified them in your admin panel.

Within a radius of up to 20 min from my location in one direction and 20 min back, I go to clients without additional payment for travel to them. Every 10 min round trip in excess of my free radius costs 15 cad$ including all expenses.
